Term of Trade:

1. Payment is required by the 20th of the month following the purchase.
2. Goods specially procured for the customer are non-refundable. Others goods may be credited at the dealers’ discretion. Goods returned for credit must be received within 7 days of invoice date in original package.
3. Restocking and Handling Fee of 25% will be applied if parts are correctly supplied and must be returned within 7 days of invoice date in original package.
4. Any freight and insurance cost incurred are to be paid by the account holder.
5. Any cost incurred in recovering any outstanding monies shall be recovered from the account
   holder.
6. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply to any goods supplied for business
   purposes.

I am authorized to sign this application. The information provided in this application is true and correct. I agree to the term of trade. In consideration of the dealer entering in to these terms of trade on my request, I personally guarantee all of the obligations of the account holder under these terms of trade. I agree that I am obliged to the dealer as if I am the principal party to these terms of trade.
