Eligibility: The undersigned acknowledges that they are at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Vehicle Condition: Before commencing the test drive, the undersigned agrees to inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damages to GT Motors.

Compliance with Laws: The undersigned agrees to operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including speed limits and traffic laws.

Responsibility for Fines and Violations: The undersigned shall be solely responsible for any fines, tickets, or penalties incurred due to traffic or parking violations during the test drive period.

Accidents and Damages: The undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the test drive, except for mechanical failures not caused by the undersigned.

Insurance: GT Motors provides basic insurance coverage for the vehicle during the test drive; however, the undersigned is responsible for any damages exceeding the coverage limit.

Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency or accident, the undersigned agrees to immediately notify GT Motors and follow the appropriate legal procedures.

Limitation of Liability: GT Motors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the test drive, except as provided by law.

Termination of Test Drive: GT Motors reserves the right to terminate the test drive at any time and for any reason.

Acknowledgment: The undersigned acknowledges having read and understood this agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
