By signing this agreement, the Seller confirms they are acting in good faith and agree to the following:

1. The Seller warrants they are the sole legal and beneficial owner of the vehicle, that it is not stolen, and that it is free from all finance, security interests, encumbrances, or claims unless disclosed in writing. The Seller confirms there is no impediment to transferring possession and good title. These warranties are a condition of this agreement. The Seller agrees to fully indemnify King Auto Limited / Taha Auto Group for any loss arising from a breach.

2. The purchase price is mutually agreed. Ownership transfers only upon full payment. Until payment is completed, the vehicle remains the property of the Vendor.

3. The Seller must declare their GST status. If GST registered, a valid GST number must be provided.

4. The Seller is responsible for removing and returning registration plates. Taha Auto Group is not responsible for any outstanding road user charges prior to purchase.

5. The Seller must remove all personal belongings. King Auto Limited / Taha Auto Group is not liable for any items left in the vehicle.

6. If assisting with moving or loading the vehicle, the Seller does so at their own risk and is responsible for their own health and safety.

7. We collect personal information, including from the Motor Vehicle Register, to verify ownership and for legal compliance under the Privacy Act 2020. You may restrict access to your Motor Vehicle Register information by contacting NZTA.

8. A PPSR check may be conducted. The Seller remains liable for any undisclosed finance or security interest.
